What we collect

Your Google account’s email address and name when you sign in.

A record of each API call: the model, time, token counts or the options of an image or video task, the cost, the status and which of your API keys made it. We do not store your prompts or the models’ answers.

Image and video results: we copy the files the model returns into our storage so you can download them.

Payment records from Stripe: amount, date and status. We never see your full card number.

Abuse prevention: Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser before sign-in. When we grant trial credit we store a keyed hash of your IP address, not the address itself. Technical logs keep IP addresses for a short time.

How long we keep it

Image and video results: 30 days, then deleted.

Call records and payment records: while your account is open, and as long as tax and accounting law requires after that.

Model providers may keep their own copies of requests and results for a while under their terms.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and API, stores result files and runs the browser check. Neon stores account and call records. Stripe takes payments. Resend sends account emails. Google handles sign-in.

Your requests, including prompts and input files, are sent to the third-party model providers that run the model you call. They process them under their own terms.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your requests to train models.

Your choices

Write to support@keelrouter.com to get a copy of your data or to close your account and delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
