Terms of Service

The service

KeelRouter (keelrouter.com) gives you one API key and one prepaid balance for AI models made by other companies. We pass your requests to those models and return the results. We do not make the models.

KeelRouter is independent and not affiliated with any model maker. Model names are used only to identify which model a request runs on.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for everything done with your account and your API keys. Keep keys secret and delete any key you think has leaked.

New accounts may receive $0.10 of trial credit, once per person. We may withhold or remove trial credit from accounts created to collect it more than once.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create or share: sexual content involving minors; sexual or intimate content of a real person without their consent; content that impersonates a real person to deceive; content that infringes others’ rights; malware; or anything illegal where you or the people affected live.

You may not try to bypass the safety systems of the service or of the models, or resell access to the service without our written permission.

If you build a product on top of the service, your users must follow these rules too, and you are responsible for what they do with it.

We may refuse requests, and suspend or close accounts and keys, that break these rules or put the service at risk. We may report illegal content to the authorities.

Balance and prices

You pay in advance by topping up your balance (minimum $10). Each call is charged at the price shown for that model at the time of the call. Failed and refused calls are not charged. Credits do not expire.

Prices follow our upstream costs and may change. A price change applies to calls made after it, never to calls already made.

To protect against card fraud, new accounts may have a limit on the size of top-ups for the first day. Write to us to raise it.

An account can have up to 100 image and video tasks running at once. Write to us to raise it.

Outputs and availability

You own the outputs you generate, as far as the law and the model maker’s terms allow. You are responsible for how you use them.

Result files are kept for 30 days and then deleted.

Models are run by third parties and can be slow, change, or become unavailable. Some models run on third-party routes that add their own short system prompt; the model page says so where it applies. We provide the service as is and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
